The ground-killing: the Jury believes the defendant was sane – Aftenposten

16-year-old is now known to be guilty of the deliberate murder of miljøterapeut Miljøterapeut Anna Kristin Gillebo Backlund (30) was killed on barnevernsinstitusjonen Small Devices at Vollen in Asker on the night of Tuesday 28. October 2014.

  • A 15-year-old inmate at the center was prosecuted and convicted for premeditated murder under especially aggravating circumstances, after that the Asker and Bærum district court found her sane. The girl acknowledged the murder, but not the overlay.

Was sentenced to the custody

Have been admitted since the last court appearance

Since she was sentenced last summer she has been admitted at Sandviken hospital in Bergen, with a diagnosis of psychotic.

the Appeal in the court of appeal have essentially came down to whether the murder was committed by a sane or insane person. Both the experts and the witnesses have told about their impression of the girl as a with significant mental problems, probably caused by trauma and neglect in childhood.
